Audierne
Audierne is a charming fishing port with a lovely old centre, nice restaurants and shops. Audierne is just 2,5 km away, making it a pleasant walk or bicycle ride. Don't miss the market on Wednesdays and Saturdays!
Plouhinec has eight kilometres of sandy beaches. The closest to us are the natural white dunes of Kersiny, 700 metres away.
Stroll down the Custom officers’ path from Kersiny to get to Mesperleuc beach, with equally fine sand and clear waters. In Mesperleuc, you can enjoy coffee, ice cream and crepes in season. In addition, Mesperleuc beach is supervised in season and has sanitary facilities.
Other lovely beaches include the small St. Julien near the St. Julien church in Plouhinec and Trescadec, the long sandy beach in Audierne.
If you are into surfing, you should check the waves in Gwendrez, 5,5 km from us. Further down the coast, there’s Penhors and, the most famous of all, La Torche.
